RYLA 2026 officially commenced with an inspiring opening session led by RYLA Chair Rtn. Bipin Pokharel. The event was further enriched by best wishes from PDG Rtn. Sanjay Giri, IPDG Rtn. Rajendra Man Sherchan, DGE Rtn. Vishnu Karkee, DGN Rtn. IP Dhakal, and keynote remarks from DG Rtn. Binod Koirala.
The first day featured insightful and engaging sessions conducted by PDG Rtn. Sanjay Giri and Rtn. Dr. Manohar L. Shrestha, Gyanendra Malla, former cricketer and motivational speaker Bihan Rana, AI software engineer, and Raju Sarkar, certified trainer and speaker.
Their presentations focused on leadership, personal growth, motivation, and emerging technologies, providing valuable learning experiences for the young leaders.
A total of 62 enthusiastic young participants are taking part in RYLA 2026, bringing energy, curiosity, and a strong commitment to learning throughout the program. Rotary Club of Bagmati Kathmandu participated as one of the organizing host club of the RYLA 2026 (District 3292) program and has sponsored three participants to participate in this program.
