On the occasion of Rotary Day – February 23, Rotary Club of Bagmati Kathmandu, in collaboration with Southwestern State College and co-host partner clubs — Rotary Club of Balaju, Rotary Club of Changu, Rotary Club of Gongabu, Rotary Club of Hetauda, Rotary Club of Kathmandu Circle, Rotary Club of Kathmandu Height, Rotary Club of Patan and Rotary Club of Yala — successfully conducted its signature program, the Inter-College Speech Competition on the Rotary 4-Way Test.
The program was held at the auditorium of Southwestern State College in the gracious presence of District Governor Rtn Binod Koirala, First Lady Bhiba Koirala, PDG Rtn Chintamani Bhattarai, district officials, fellow Rotarians, presidents of various Rotary clubs, and enthusiastic students from different universities.
