Rotary Club of Bagmati Kathmandu’s Fellowship Program at President’s Residence:
Regular formal club meetings can sometimes feel monotonous and may not always encourage active participation. With this in mind, President Rtn Saroj Bajracharya and First Lady Sandhya Bajracharya decided to host a warm fellowship gathering at their residence to create a more personal and joyful connection among members.
Club members were delighted with homemade, authentic Newari delicacies—especially the much-loved Yomari, along with traditional Newari cuisine. Club members, along with a few family members, participated in this memorable program titled “RCBK Fellowship at President’s Residence.”
A few days prior, during a dinner meeting with club members at Beijing Garden Restaurant, Kamaladi, I had the opportunity to briefly meet DGE Rtn Vishnu Bdr Karki and personally invite him to this fellowship program. I was truly honored when he graciously accepted the invitation and visited my residence today, making the occasion even more special and memorable.
While formal meetings have their importance, gatherings in a family-like environment foster heart-to-heart connections, strengthen bonds, and create memories that last forever.
