Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA) is a youth based program of Rotary International aiming to teach future leaders of the country. It is an intensive leadership experienced program to develop the leadership skills with fund and making connection with leaders of the community and around. It is for building communication and problem solving skills, find strategies for becoming a leader in the community, learning from community leaders and inspirational speakers and have friendship. This is a regular program of Rotary International District 3292 and this year the program was organized at Doleshwor village Resort, Bhaktapu for 3 days from 8 November to 10 November. Rotary club of Bagmati Kathmandu had sponsored two participants namely Ritush Maharjan and Tshewang Sherpa for this program. The club also hosted this RYLA program.
