Rotary Club of Bagmati Kathmandu handed over 20 sets of Braille Slat and Braille Pen to Blind Children Education Centre at Tarkeswor -5 Basaha Chaur on June 3, 2025 through Bright Star society, an organization working for blind people by blind People. Blind Children Education Centre is established by Mr.Binod Kafle, who is also a blind one, in 2021 to support the children depressed and in difficult due to the devastating earthquake in Nepal especially to the blind children. There are 30 children of different age in the centre from various parts of Nepal studying in different classes. Now they need various stationeries like Braille Paper and Braille slat and Braille pen. Rotary club of Bagamti Kathmandu supported 20 sets of Braille slat and pen as token support.
